2. Eligibility
Services are intended for adults. You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding adult education content.

You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Purchases and refunds
- Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice.
- Self-paced refunds: request within 7 days if progress is under 20%.
- Live cohort refunds: request up to 7 days before the first session.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method per processor timelines.
6. Acceptable use
- No harassment, hate speech, exploitation, or illegal conduct.
- No uploading explicit imagery or content that violates others’ privacy.
- No attempts to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or exploit security vulnerabilities.
7. Intellectual property
All course materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased content. Do not copy, share, or resell materials without permission.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. By using the services, you consent to those practices.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
